Gems Keep Giving is a charitable organization dedicated to supporting artisanal coloured gemstone mining and cutting communities around the world. We work with partners on the ground to help fund practical projects that respond to local needs, improve lives, and contribute to a more sustainable future. Guided by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, we believe the beauty of coloured gemstones should also create positive change for the communities they come from. This is consistent with the organization’s stated mission and vision in your reference documents. 

Artisanal and small-scale colored gemstone miners are responsible for approximately 80% of the world’s colored gemstone production. They are a critical force in the global gem and jewelry industry, living and working under difficult circumstances driven by poverty and facing many challenges. With your help, we will make a positive impact, one community at a time, building and ensuring a sustainable future for generations to come.
