Brian's geology background and his involvement in new occurrences in the
Brazilian gem world, such as the original Paraíba tourmaline, spessartine garnet,
emeralds, etc., has positioned him as a consultant in the field of gem and mineral
exploration and sourcing.
Brian is passionately involved in initiatives to bring responsibly sourced materials
into the jewelry supply chain to benefit communities at the source which will
enhance the sustainability of the entire jewelry industry.
Brian with his Brazilian wife Kendra created Nature’s Geometry Inc., a lapidary
and jewelry design studio now including the third generation.
