Cecilia Gardner

Cecilia Gardner is an attorney, having previously served for 17 years as the President, CEO and General Counsel of the Jewelers Vigilance Committee. Her clients currently include many members of the jewelry industry, specializing in legal compliance and not for profit governance. She is often engaged as an expert witness in legal compliance matters and in the area of jewelry trade practice. She previously served on the Board of Directors of MJSA, AGTA, JFC and WJA. She currently serves on the Board of Advisors of BIJC. She also founded the Jewelry Industry Summit and the United States Kimberley Process Authority and served as a member of the Standards Committee of the RJC and the President of the Ethics Commission of CIBJO.
